During my Co-op tenure at Sysco, my contributions yielded tangible improvements in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. One of my key achievements was streamlining the order processing system by programming over 100 orders daily, significantly reducing the order processing time. This directly contributed to a smoother operational flow, allowing Sysco to serve our clients more effectively and efficiently. Additionally, through meticulous monitoring and proactive problem-solving of 20+ customers daily, I played a key role in upholding high standards of customer satisfaction and loyalty, crucial metrics for success in the foodservice distribution industry. Finally, I resolved 30+ weekly customer grievances through effective troubleshooting, achieving high customer retention for the organization. These accomplishments underscore my commitment to driving success and delivering exceptional service in the foodservice distribution industry.
